The Grange is the premier acreage estate on the northern Gold Coast.  Originally a dairy farm and then a cattle stud, The Grange is situated in the picturesque Hotham Creek valley adjacent to State forest land.  It is 5 minutes by road to the M1 at Pimpama, allowing for an easy commute north to Brisbane or south to the Gold Coast attractions.  The estate is also only a short distance to schools (Pimpama, Upper Coomera and Southport), shops (Coomera Springs, Oxenford and Helensvale), and the iconic Gold Coast attractions (DreamWorld, Movie World, Sea World etc).
