Claremont is a boutique residential land estate, situated close to the western exit from the M1 at Pimpama. The estate originally comprised 39 Lots, which were a mix of 20 Residential “A” Lots of approximately 400m2, 18 Duplex Lots of around 700m2 and a 4,000m2 Lot approved for townhouses.
Adler Realty was selected by the owner to take over the marketing of the estate in July 2010 when a decision was made to replace the existing agency which had been ineffective in finding buyers. Since our appointment, we have been successful in selling all of the Residential “A” Lots, and have negotiated a marketing arrangement for the remaining Duplex Lots as well. There are now only 3 Lots remaining, and we anticipate that these will be cleared within 2-3 months. The total realisation will be $9.2M.
