Yallanbee is a high-quality acreage estate, accessed along Welches Road, off the Oxenford-Tamborine Road at Wongawallan.  Originally a dairy farm which was held by the Welch family since 1865, the estate, comprising only 43 Lots released in 3 stages with a gross realisation of over $16M, was launched in 2006 as a joint venture between the owner and a local Developer. 

After poor sales in the first 3 years, Adler Realty was selected by the Developers to take over the marketing and sales.  We have succeeded in selling out the remaining Lots, despite market downturns due primarily to the Global Financial Crisis which impacted heavily on buying demand, as well as issues related to the siting of Stage 2 which was compromised by the proximity of electricity feeder lines.
